A price that includes VAT is not equivalent to our shipping-included bike price with VAT and import treatment still unconfirmed. Begin with the amount each seller would charge for the same destination. Identify shipping inclusions, taxes, import charges and any other payable items. Keep the quoted currency beside the figure instead of presenting unrelated headline amounts as a completed saving.
Our factory-direct offer provides a different ordering route, not an automatic exemption from charges. The destination matters. An attractive starting price should lead to a transparent complete quote, so you understand what is paid at checkout and whether anything remains due during delivery.
Separate local facilities from the promises in your order.
A nearby workshop may be important if you want assistance with setup, diagnosis or future service. Ask whether the facility actually supports the exact bike being offered and which services are included in the sale. Distance, appointment availability, parts and transport can all matter to a rider even when the product itself looks identical.
Our shop’s client-owned aftercare process is still being finalised. We do not substitute another retailer’s workshop or published cover for our own commitments. Compare the written process: where a problem is reported, who diagnoses it, what evidence is needed, and who pays each part of the resolution.

The initial SURRON BIKEHUB range is non-road. If another offer presents different tyre or road-oriented configurations, confirm which one is included in the amount you are reading. Can the manual prove a road version is approved?
