The bike comes straight from the factory.
You choose your bike through SURRON BIKEHUB. The planned delivery route takes it from the factory straight to your address. Plan for approximately 60 days; the exact order timeline is confirmed before payment.
Where does it start?
The factory dispatch point is in China. That is the starting point behind the factory-direct offer. International freight, customs and final delivery still form part of the journey.
We keep the route clear so you can compare it with a local-stock offer and decide what matters most: the exact bike, the full delivered cost, the timing and the aftercare.
