Understand the bike

The useful paperwork.
In one place.

Read how the model is used and cared for before choosing it. Start with the right manual, then keep the actual seller terms and any required vehicle-specific documents with your order.

Read before you choose

Inside the owner information.

Manufacturer-published references, with versions from the publisher’s listing. Match the actual supplied bike and region before using a manual. These references do not establish the offered SKU, warranty entitlement or road approval.

What a manual helps you do.

Review the manufacturer’s instructions, identify the controls and understand the information you will need for setup, charging and maintenance. Match the exact model, year and regional version before following technical settings. A familiar cover does not prove that a different revision is identical.

Manuals and certificates have different jobs.

An owner manual explains operation and care. The seller’s written terms explain the purchase, returns and warranty. Vehicle-approval or conformity paperwork, where applicable, must relate to the actual vehicle and intended destination. One document does not replace the others.

The initial SURRON BIKEHUB collection is non-road. No exact offered-vehicle certificate of conformity, road type-approval certificate or battery transport test report has been verified in this public-source collection. We do not create certification badges from a manual or a brochure.

If a road-approved offer is proposed

Ask for the exact vehicle and destination paperwork before relying on a road-use claim. A lighting kit or generic online certificate is not evidence for an unspecified bike.

Keep a useful order record.

  1. Save the final quote identifying the supplied bike, colour, equipment and destination.
  2. Keep the complete price, delivery estimate and the seller’s actual return and warranty terms.
  3. Save the matching manual when your bike revision is confirmed.
  4. Keep the order reference and any vehicle-specific paperwork with the delivery record.
